We source our raw, wild walnuts from the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan, an area legendary for the quality of the soil, air, and water. By choosing wild grown walnut trees, we ensure a slow process of growth and aging, reflecting the beautiful quality of this area of the world. They're grown using traditional methods to preserve their delicious flavour and carefully hand-sorted and naturally processed to make sure what you get is just what nature intended.
